David Wallace is the founder of Vortex Payment LLC, an integrated cash and digital payment solutions company based out of Orange County, California. David has an extensive background in Accounting and Finance, graduating with a bachelors degree from California State University of Fullerton in both subjects. With years of experience in the payment solutions business, David has helped both small and large business implement cash and digital systems to facilitate the settlement of transactions between customers and merchants.
